The spectacle of Mud Hero is like no other! With DJs, live bands, cash BBQ, sponsor give-aways, live demos and alcohol/non-alcohol drinks, enjoy the festivities as you cheer your fellow Mud Heroes on to the finish.

This discount code will only last 2 weeks, so make sure your entire group registers within that time period. Volunteer
Want to be part of the Mud Hero experience, but don't really want to take on the six kilometer course? Volunteering at our events puts you right in the middle of the action – and helps us put on the best events possible for our muddy participants!
Canada's biggest obstacle course race is introducing the Mud Hero Ontario Triple Crown Weekend. This inaugural event features the new Mud Hero 21K Half (Marathon), our improved 10K Challenge plus a 3K Rush. We are throwing in a fun 100M Dash on Friday as well. We will also be crowning Mud Hero Champions! Stay tuned for details
Avid obstacle course race lovers can expect a competitive event and a shot at the podium while the traditional Mud Hero Mob can try out these new distances and obstacles without the punishing burpees. There is a category to support every skill and fitness level!
A unique Triple Crown medal will be awarded to racers who complete the 3K Rush, 21K Half and 10K Challenge at the Canadian Championships. This is in additional to your finisher medal.
All Triple Crown Challenger and Age Group heats are OCRWC (Obstacle Course Race World Championships) qualifiers.
